The peanut flavoring found in the EFS peanut butter chocolate chip does not come from Peanut Corp. Furthermore, every lot of First Endurance products come with a Certificate of Analysis. This Certificate tests for active ingredients and also for salmonella. Prior to a single bar ever being sold salmonella tests have been performed offering 100% assurance that salmonella is not a risk.
Certificate of Analysis for the last lot of EFS bars.

Nice to hear that! Thx for informing us.

This is reassuring. It is good to see you guys are testing your products. I guess that’s what separates First Endurance from some of the other products that are being recalled (eg. Clif bars, Larabars).

Hey I work in a bike shop, have used your other products and was just turned onto the bars tonight by a pro triathlete you are so graciously sponsoring, I can’t tell you how relieving it is to hear this and to know that you’re this dedicated to quality. Looks like I found a new product we’ll be stocking this summer.

salmonella is a very dangerous and deadly bacteria. foods that are contaminated with it should be disposed immediately.

Samlonella poisoning is very deadly. governments should impose tighter regulations with regards to food inspection.

You are absolutely right. This is why we test for Salmonella before our products go out the door. See the C of A section of this blog.

Salmonella is quite dangerous, specially when you ate foods infected with this bacteria. i had a friend who was hospitalized due to salmonella/food poisoning and he almost died from it.
