“Many of the First Endurance sponsored riders have been integral to the process of developing the new EFS or (Electrolyte Fuel System) “liquid shot”- a gel-like drink for competition use that packs a huge 400 calories and more than 1,500mg of electrolytes into just 130ml.  I cracked open a bottle for a bit of taste-testing and found the vanilla flavored EFS more than easy to drink.”
