I’m big fan of your products, but I feel the comparison of EFS gel to other gels is flawed since you are comparing a 5 ounce serving of EFS against 1-1.4 ounce servings of the other gels. It’s not likely anyone would consume all 5 ounces of EFS in one shot, and it’s also not likely I’d just have one gel during a longer event. To be objective, the evaluation should really be somehow normalized for the significant difference in serving sizes.

Greg,
A great point. There are many ways we could approach this review to try and assure we compare apples to apples. The issue is, there are many, many ways to do this and no matter which we choose, one can find variances. We came across this same issue when comparing the EFS drink since some companies have 8oz, 12oz or 16oz serving sizes, then to complicate things further some then have use directions that state you should have two or three servings at once. So which serving size gets used as the factor? So for this review we though it best to keep each product as it is found on the store shelves and not calculate varying serving sizes.
