Hey Robert,
It might not be the greatest thing since slice bread but it is a ton of fun to take when you want to rip someones legs off on a group ride. But the question is can it be taken more often and is there any benefit to taking it during a long distance race (i.e. IM or 1/2 IM)?

Glad to hear you like PreRace. I use it for the exact same reason..and you are right..what a blast. You can absolutely use PreRace for a 1/2 or full Ironman. You just need to decide how you want to dose it. I’m doing the Disney 1/2 next month and will use a 1/2 serving to start, 1/2 serving for my 3rd water bottle of the bike, so I am ‘flying’ on the run. So yes, try it a 1/2 or full serving towards the ladder half of a long workout to see how it works for you.
